What is Screenprinting?
Screenprinting is the process of transferring a design onto a substrate using a mesh screen, ink and a squeegee. Requiring an additional screen per color is why complexity drives up cost. Screenprinting allows for fine detail & gradients (or "fades") to be accomplished . Screenprinting produces durable & vibrant colors on a number of possible substrates. From Reflective inks, to Metallics & Glitters; A huge variety if inks are available, this allows infinite looks to be accomplished. Screenprinting has always, and will continue to pave the way for custom decoration.
What is Embroidery?
Embroidery is the process of using thread to embroider/sew a design directly onto the fabric. This requires the design to be "Digitized" which creates a file that the robotic machine can read. Embroidery provides a "Professional" appearance when sewn on to Polos, Aprons, Suit Coats & more.
